g. Cebu: Cebu City, Mandaue City and Talisay City
h. Pampanga: Dau and San Fernando
i. Baguio
j. Davao: Davao City
k. Bicol: Camarines Sur: Naga City, Milaor, Gainza, Canaman, Camaligan, Pili.
