Refund from out-of-stock items:
Once your order is complete, MetroMart automatically initiates a refund to your bank for the value of the out-of-stock items. The refund should reflect back in your account within 2-10 business days for debit or credit card transactions and within 1-3 days for GCash transactions. Note: the duration of days it takes for the refund to reflect in your bank account is fully dependent on your bank’s refund policy.
